Position: Team Leader Sales / Collection Process
Location: Airoli / Rabale / Thane
Shift: Day Shift
Experience: 12 Years (On Paper as TL in BPO)

Job Description:

We are hiring Team Leaders for Sales and Collection processes. Candidates should have hands-on experience in dialer management, attrition & shrinkage control, and KRA/KPI tracking.

For Sales TL: 12 yrs experience as Team Leader with knowledge of Insurance / Home Loan process.

For Collection TL: 12 yrs experience as Team Leader handling 0 to X bucket collections.

Skills: Team Handling, Dialer Operations, KPI/KRA Management, Attrition Control, BPO Sales/Collection.
