Job Description
- Operate assigned machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Ensure timely loading of raw materials and unloading of finished goods.
- Maintain production logs and report output, downtime, and quality issues.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in changeovers and setup for different product batches.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for troubleshooting and inspections.
- Familiarity with FMCG production machinery (e.g., packaging, filling, labeling).
- Ability to read and follow SOPs and safety instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Minimum qualification: 12thPass / ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical preferred).
- 12 years of experience in machine operation in FMCG or manufacturing sector preferred.

Annual ctc upto 264000
Role Objective
To operate and maintain production machinery efficiently and safely, ensuring
consistent output quality and adherence to production schedules in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
