NGL Fine-Chem Ltd. is a listed animal pharma manufacturer with global presence, HQ in Mumbai, and R&D & plants in/around Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act & SEBI (LODR).

• Maintain statutory records & filings (MCA/SEBI/Stock Exchange).

• Conduct Board, Committee & Shareholder meetings.

• Handle shareholder & legal compliances.

• Support governance, CSR & secretarial audits.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of corporate laws, excellent communication & drafting, integrity, and board coordination skills.
