Job Description
Your role and responsibilitiesAs a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in developing innovative features, fine-tuning and sustaining existing code for delivering performance optimization solutions using AI for Kubernetes applications, including optimal performance, observability and guaranteeing top-notch quality through rigorous testing and debugging.
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and youll be working with fellow developers, designers, and team leads, to ensure our software aligns seamlessly with user expectations, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
You will also stay abreast of the latest advancements in systems engineering, performance optimization and AI, driving their adoption within the organization.

Required technical and professional expertise
Software Development Expertise:
- Experience developing object-oriented server-side applications with strong background in Java, Python and Golang with 3 years or more of experience. Understanding of web programming, like REST and HTTP. Experience developing in a Linux environment.
Cloud Technology Proficiency:
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, showcasing familiarity with modern cloud ecosystems and tools such as Containers and Kubernetes.
Relational Database Knowledge:
- Proficiency in relational databases, particularly experience with technologies like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Self-Starter Mindest:
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to initiate and drive projects independently.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills:
- Demonstrated excellence in problem-solving, with the ability to tackle complex issues and find effective solutions.
Collaborative Team Player:
- Ability to work seamlessly as part of a team, contributing to collective goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Previous experience with Java, Python, Go, JEE and Hibernate.
Previous experience writing functional tests
Experience with open source communities and development.
Familiarity with AI solutions and agentic AI workflows.
Experience using CI/CD pipelines.
