Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Source candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes accordingly.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with HR-related concepts and terminology is an added advantage.
