Designation- RO
Channel- Banca Channel
CTC- 2.10 LPA + Incentives

Locations- Farrukhabad

Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with partner bank branch staff and ensure effective lead generation.
Drive life insurance sales through the bancassurance channel.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Conduct regular training and product knowledge sessions for bank staff.
Handle customer queries, follow up on leads, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor and review own performance and that of the partner branches.
Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
Provide after-sales support and policy servicing to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (Any discipline)
