Must Have :

Strong expertise in .NET, C#, Azure and Agile methodologies, SOLID principle
Should have experience developing enterprise-grade software
Should be able to identify flaws or improvement areas within a piece of code provided during the evaluation
Strong communication and analytical abilities are essential.
Candidates should be able to understand problem statements quickly and articulate their thoughts clearly and confidently.

Nice To have - Other back-end skills
