- Deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS.
- Migrate on-premises workloads to AWS, ensuring seamless data flow and secure handoff.
- Implement and control data movement using appropriate AWS services matching compute, storage, and security needs.
- Select and recommend optimal AWS services based on business, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Adopt AWS operational best practices for performance, cost, and resiliency.
- Estimate AWS usage costs and identify cost optimization and control mechanisms.
- Monitor, manage, and optimize AWS infrastructure and applications through native and third-party tools.
- Ensure compliance with AWS security, governance, and industry regulations.
End-to-End AWS Support
- Understand Manage multi-account AWS environments using AWS Control Tower, enforcing guardrails and account provisioning standards.
- Understand, Implement, configure, and manage continuous compliance and security monitoring with AWS Security Hub.
- Set up and operate AWS GuardDuty for threat detection and ongoing security analysis.
- Ensure resource and configuration visibility, adherence to policies, and change tracking with AWS Config.
- Utilize AWS Inspector for vulnerability management, automated security assessments, and risk reduction across EC2, Lambda, and container workloads.
- Architect, configure, and maintain AWS Identity & Access Management (IAM) roles, policies, and federations (e.g., SAML integrations with providers like Azure AD).
- Develop remediation workflows for non-compliant resources surfaced by security and compliance services.
Automation and Observability
- Leverage shell scripting (Bash, Python, GO) to automate AWS operations, routine tasks, and configuration management.
- Practice GitOps methodologies to manage infrastructure-as-code, application configs, and promote change traceability.
- Support containerized and orchestrated workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and related AWS services (EKS, ECS); administer advanced scaling with Karpenter and KEDA.
- Deploy, configure, and monitor solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and AWS CloudWatch.
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation for infrastructure, automation, troubleshooting, and solutions.
Infrastructure as Code
- Develop, manage, and optimize IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation); modularize and version template repositories to enforce consistency and reusability.
Security and Governance
- Implement cloud security best practices, incorporating AWS-native security and compliance services.
- Design, review, and continuously improve secure AWS architectures utilizing multiple security layers.
- Respond to vulnerability findings, security alerts, and compliance deviations leveraging AWS Inspector, Security Hub, and guardrails.
General Skills
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance optimization capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Unix/Linux systems, networking, and workload management.
- Agile/Scrum mindset, rapid learning, and innovation; ability to propose end-to-end solutions and build POCs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to collaborate with diverse technical teams.

- Quick learner with strong R&D and POC development orientation.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum-based project execution.
- Knowledge of enterprise observability practices, cloud cost management, and infrastructure optimization.
