Looking for the candidates with below skill set

Title Search, Title Curative

Title Search, Tax Calling

Title Search

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) For Title Search

Having worked on First American processes is added advantage, experience of working on applications like Data Trace, Data

Tree and on the Title Plants applications.

Should have enough experience working on Full search, Developer Deed search using starters is must.
Nationwide search experience with experience of working on multiple applications.
Examine the search package.
Verify the chain of title.

2) For Title Curative

Review Title Commitments: Examine title commitments to identify any vested interests or issues

that need resolution.

Document Collection: Obtain all necessary documents to clear title issues, such as deeds,

affidavits, and releases.

Update Foreclosure Information: Keep foreclosure information current for each title.

3)Tax Calling

Contact tax assessors/collectors offices to acquire real estate property tax information
Experience in a role involving outbound Tax calling and data collection is a plus
Prioritize order entries based on SLA and adhere to defined TAT

4)Closing Confirmation/Payoff/VM

Payoff, preparing closing package, well versed with Mortgage and related documents, Having experience working on

Voice is added advantage.
