International Voice Process Executive @ IntouchCX

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers with professionalism and clarity.

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in an international BPO voice process, demonstrating effective communication skills and the ability to handle diverse customer interactions.
  
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, or processes.
  
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively.
  
• Maintain a positive attitude and ensure high-quality customer service.
  
• Follow company guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards during calls.
  
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system.
  
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
  
• Meet individual and team performance targets such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Adapt to different cultural nuances and communicate clearly with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  
• Work in shifts and be flexible to accommodate international time zones.
  
• Continuously update knowledge about products, services, and company policies.
  
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
