Job Description
The Sr. Billing Executive will be responsible for managing comprehensive billing operations. This includes ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation, revenue recognition, and adherence to internal controls and statutory compliance. The role also supports financial reporting and contributes to continuous process improvements in billing and collections. Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting & Presentations
- Prepare Monthly Management Reports (MMR) by the 12th of each month.
- Submit 7 FM reports by the 15th of each month.
- Create and present Quarterly Review Presentations to management.
2. System Implementation
- Lead the successful implementation of the Core System by 31st July 2025.
3. Billing Operations
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice generation and revenue recognition.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.
- Reconcile billing data with finance and operations teams.
4. Process Improvement
- Identify and implement automation opportunities and process enhancements.
- Support internal and external audits related to billing and receivables.
