We are hiring an IT Recruiter (work-from-home), only a Female candidate.
Position: SR .Recruiter
Candidate must have C2H hiring experience of at least 2 years
Employment Type: Full-Time | Remote (Work From Home)
Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years
Qualification: B.Sc. (Computers), BCA, MCA, B.Tech, BE
Salary Range: 18,000 to 20,000 per month (Based on experience)
Joining: Immediate or within 7 days
Work Schedule:
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturdays + All Sundays
Requirements:
Must have own Laptop/Desktop with a reliable Wi-Fi internet connection
Maximum employment gap allowed: 6 months
Only female candidates are eligible for this position
Role & Responsibilities:
End-to-end IT recruitment for both contract or permanent positions
Sourcing and screening candidates based on client requirements
Working on all major technologies and IT skills
Interacting with clients and understanding their technical requirements
Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
Maintaining databases and documentation
Must have Portal Experience:

3.Indeed
4.Clients Portal
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical skills
Experience in contract/permanent hiring
Experience working with large clients (please mention client names in your CV)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Must have handled various technology stacks (mention in CV)
Technically sound with proven recruitment success
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
