Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationSummary:As a Business Analyst, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific requirements. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall business objectives and user expectations, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in the development process. Roles & Responsibilities

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical specifications.

Design and implement software components that meet the defined requirements while adhering to best practices in coding and testing.

Knowledge of agile methods, e.g., test-driven development, SCRUM, Kanban, refactoring

Knowledge of the programming languages, tools, frameworks, and software engineering methods used

Solid know-how in software/system architecture and technology

Basic banking-related knowledge relevant to the respective software product (lending)

Knowledge of analytical methods (especially requirements elicitation, documentation)

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
