Customer Success Specialist Non-Voice (International Process)

Location: Chennai

Shifts: 24x7 Rotational

Education: Graduate
Contract: Permanent
Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Overview:

Join Teleperformance to support a US-based insurance process. Handle customer queries via non-voice channels, process applications, and ensure high satisfaction with professional communication.

Must-Haves:

1+ year in International Customer Support or Banking
Excellent English (written & verbal)
Typing speed: 35 WPM
Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
Willingness to work night shifts

Good to Have:

Insurance/Underwriting experience
Quick navigation & web research skills
Team-oriented & resilient attitude
