Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Management
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (patient surveys, TrackCare/HIS, feedback forms, billing, etc.).
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in patient experience data.
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on patient satisfaction, service utilization, turnaround time (TAT), complaints, and grievances.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient care and service quality.
- Identify patterns, trends, and root causes for patient dissatisfaction.
- Reporting & Visualization
- Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations for hospital leadership and PCE team.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on patient experience metrics.
- Use visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with PCCs (Patient Care Coordinators), PCAs, GREs (Guest Relations Executives), Nursing, Billing, and Clinical teams to align insights with operational improvements.
- Support audits, quality checks, and patient feedback projects.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
- Experience in SQL, Python, R (preferred but not mandatory for fresher level).
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Patient-centric mindset with focus on quality and service improvement.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Analytics, or related field.
- 0.6 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare/hospital domain.
