Application release implementation support JD The role would be to help support project teams and work alongside with the project managers while Offering excellent project management, multi-tasking, and communication skills to coordinate multiple concurrent projects with competing demands. Proficient in Release support activities by actively maintaining the availability of Lowe environment for each quarterly releases panning out every financial year Responsibility Offering excellent project management, multi-tasking, and communication skills to coordinate multiple concurrent projects with competing demands.
Make sound decisions in high-pressure settings and utilize analytical problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues and articulate communicator with strong customer service skills
Overall 4+ years of experience in Software development and Application Maintenance and support activities
Coordinating the quarterly release support activities Proficient in Release support activities by actively maintaining the availability of Lowe environment for each quarterly releases panning out every financial year
AWS and DevOps as part of the requirement on cloud migration activities
Experience in defect/bug handling and providing resolution in quick time ensuring that testing.
Adapt at providing support and analysis across the project activities which includes application release implementation support, issue troubleshoot and regression defect fix and root cause analysis
