Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with 7+ years of experience. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our DevOps processes, leveraging the latest in automation, cloud, and AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code with advanced YAML scripting and automation frameworks.
- Integrate AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and improve code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline software delivery and operational processes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting DevOps best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
- Strong expertise in GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and YAML scripting.
- Solid programming background (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP a plus).
- Hands-on with GitHub Copilot or similar AI code assistants.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and security tools.
- Experience leading or mentoring DevOps teams.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible (optional but highly valued).
- Exposure to GitHub Advanced Security features and best practices (optional but a strong plus).
