Job Role: Customer Support Associate (Non-Voice Process)

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates with excellent English communication and typing skills to join our customer support team. Freshers who are eager to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels professionally.
• Process customer requests, resolve issues, and provide accurate solutions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• H.S.C / Graduate (Freshers are welcome).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Good listening skills and customer service-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Willingness to work in late evening or night shifts.
• Experience in US Healthcare process will be an added advantage.
