Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting international customers, and providing effective solutions with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients.
- Resolve queries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when required.
- Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer data.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts.
- Candidates with prior BPO / International Voice Process experience will have an added advantage.
