Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to support the company's growth initiatives. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of data.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales Duties**
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, or digital channels
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct product presentations or demos, if required
**Marketing Duties**
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and trends
Contribute to content creation for promotional materials, social media, and email campaigns
Participate in promotional activities such as events, webinars, or trade shows
**Reporting and Data Management**
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in CRM tools
Generate sales and marketing reports for internal review
Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in reporting to support strategic decision-making
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
