Job Summary:
Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring Inbound Officers for its flagship 811 digital banking division. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals to work with one of Indias leading private sector banks. The role involves handling inbound customer queries and cross-selling banking products over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide information regarding Kotak 811 products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate cross-selling of banking products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality service.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and service targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to banking policies and compliance guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience in any industry (BFSI preferred).
- Freshers: Not eligible.
- Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
- Age: 18 to 32 years.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Employment Gap: No gaps exceeding 6 months will be considered.
Job Details:
- Salary: Up to 3,50,000 CTC (based on interview performance).
- Shift Timing: 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (rotational).
- Week Offs:
- 4 rotational week offs per month (initially).
- 6 week offs per month after 6 months of confirmation.
