Manager Subject Matter Expert (Digital & Technology Skills)
Location: Mumbai (Marol) | Department: Learning & Development

Were looking for a tech-savvy Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can design and deliver high-impact learning programs in Full Stack Java, Big Data, AI/ML, and Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop hands-on training content, projects, and assessments for digital and tech roles.
- Create learning journeys for emerging technologies Full Stack, AI/ML, Big Data, Cloud, and Generative AI.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and coach facilitators for impactful delivery.
- Collaborate with L&D, tech, and client teams to ensure real-world, job-ready curriculum.
- Stay ahead of the curve continuously update content aligned with latest industry trends.
What Were Looking For
- 610 years of experience in software development / AI / data / full-stack / tech training.
- Hands-on expertise in one or more:
Java / Spring Boot / React / Angular / Python / Spark / ML / Deep Learning / Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Strong communication & instructional design skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and creating learner-friendly tech content.
