JOB DESCRIPTION:
Retail Sales Role - Wealth Advisor
Position: Retail Sales Advisor
Location: Lower Parel
Working Days: Monday to Friday (4th and 5th Saturdays are working) Working Hours: 8.5-hour
shift (Login between 9AM - 10:30AM, Log-out between 5:30 PM -7:30 PM)
Role Overview: As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will help clients build wealth through smart equity investments. You will spend most of your day talking to potential customers on the phone,selling our products. Good communication skills are essential. You will need to plan and make new and follow-up calls to meet your targets. Knowing about the equity market and being good at selling is crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Plan the days work with emphasis on leads to be contacted basis the importance of the sales
funnel and size
- Identify fitment of sales products matching the clients investing goals
- Interact with potential customers with the emphasis on high quality lead conversions.
- Proactively follow up leads assigned by the Sales Head and report the progress with mitigation plan on how to achieve the results as well.
- Work closely with the Sales Head to achieve sales objectives.
- Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.
- Disseminate the learnings/ good practices across teams so that the knowledge sharing is encouraged and rewarded likewise
