What will your role look like

• Design and develop complex front-end applications using React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Integrate RESTful APIs and support backend services using Python when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Backend) to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes to ensure reliability.

We would like you to bring along

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong knowledge of Python for backend logic or API integration.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, Git, and Agile development practices.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, ESLint) and secure coding standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Good-to-have skills

• Domain exposure in Insurance, BFSI, or Risk & Compliance systems.
• Experience with Python-based API frameworks (FastAPI, Django REST Framework).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, PyTest).
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
