Job Description

We are hiring Mortgage Loan Underwriters/Analysts (Freshers & Experienced) who are detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. The role involves evaluating mortgage loan applications and ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lending guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mortgage loan applications to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company and industry guidelines.
  
• Review and analyze credit reports, income documents, asset statements, property appraisals, and other supporting documents.
  
• Make underwriting decisions for Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs (for experienced candidates).
  
• Approve, suspend, or deny loan applications based on risk assessment and company policies.
  
• Communicate underwriting conditions and requirements clearly to loan processors and officers.
  
• Ensure adherence to all federal and state lending regulations, company policies, and secondary market guidelines.
  
• Maintain thorough documentation of underwriting decisions, risk assessments, and loan conditions.
  
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth loan approval process.
  
• Stay updated on lending regulations, mortgage industry trends, and underwriting best practices.
