Test Lead @ Tata Technologies

Job Description

• Developing and implementing test plans, strategies, and procedures to ensure comprehensive coverage of software or hardware. 
• Leading and mentoring test analysts or testers, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Build Test Automation frameworks from scratch like TDD, BDD.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Software Testing
• Proficiency in Manual Testing and Test Automation (Selenium-JAVA, TestNG, etc.)
• Strong debugging skills to triage Test Automation failures
• Hands on experience in creating and working in Test Automation frameworks like TDD, BDD, Hybrid.
• Should be able to read and understand Jenkins console logs
• Understanding of functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and other types of testing.
• Experience in API Testing using POSTMAN
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Expertise in Defect Tracking Tools and Test Management Systems
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• Strong OOPS concepts
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Software Testing
• Proficiency in Manual Testing and Test Automation (Selenium-JAVA, TestNG, etc.)
• Hands on experience in creating and working in Test Automation frameworks like TDD, BDD, Hybrid.
• Should have worked in Agile projects (Kanban/Sprint)
• Excellent communication
• Should be able to design Test Automation Framework from Scratch
