Job Description


We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Support Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional support for our T-Mobile RF cell site design product. This role involves Level 1 and Level 2 support, Swagger API workarounds, training content creation, user permission management, and documentation upkeep.
All you need is...
    1. Level 1 and Level 2 Support
      • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for the RF cell site design product.
      • Resolve user issues promptly and escalate complex cases as needed.
    2. Swagger API Workarounds
      • Develop and implement effective workarounds for Swagger API-related challenges.
      • Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth integration and functionality.
    3. Training Recordings
      • Create and maintain comprehensive training recordings.
      • Ensure materials are current and easily accessible to users.
    4. User Permission Management
      • Manage user access and permissions in accordance with company policies.
      • Maintain security and compliance standards.
    5. Training Portal Maintenance
      • Update and manage content on the training portal.
      • Monitor usage and address any technical or content-related issues.
    6. Confluence Page Management
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on Confluence.
      • Work with team members to ensure clarity and completeness of information.
