About the Role

TechnoGen is hiring for one of its leading product-based MNC clients for the role of Sr. IT Project Manager (GRC & iSeries).
This position is ideal for experienced professionals who can lead Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives and manage large-scale iSeries (IBM AS/400) programs with financial accountability and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level GRC programs from planning to execution across compliance, risk, and governance domains.
  
• Manage project budgets ranging from $3M to $10M, ensuring cost control, resource efficiency, and business ROI.
  
• Oversee iSeries-related project workstreams, ensuring alignment with corporate and IT governance standards.
  
• Partner with global teams Product Development, Supply Chain, IT, Legal, and Sustainability to embed GRC practices.
  
• Implement and optimize GRC tools like Archer, ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, or similar systems.
  
• Support regulatory compliance efforts across standards such as CPSC, ASTM F963, EN71, REACH, RoHS, GDPR, and CCPA.
  
• Prepare executive dashboards, KPIs, and risk/compliance reports for leadership teams.
  
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and analytics within GRC and compliance processes.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 1014 years of total experience with 7+ years in IT project management.
  
• Minimum 3 years in GRC program or risk/compliance project leadership.
  
• Proven experience managing budgets between $3M and $10M.
  
• Strong exposure to GRC frameworks (Archer, ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust).
  
• Hands-on experience managing iSeries / AS400 related projects.
  
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory and product safety compliance (CPSC, ASTM, EN71, REACH, RoHS, GDPR, CCPA).
  
• Background in consumer products, manufacturing, or other regulated industries (Toys, Retail, Electronics preferred).
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting skills.
  
• Certifications: PMP, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent preferred.
  
• Tools: Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or other enterprise PM tools.
