Job Description
Nexthink SMELocations: Noida / Hyderabad
Experience: 4-9 Years. Skills Must-Have Strong knowledge in Nexthink:
- Nexthink Query Language (NQL): Proficiency in NQL for creating and managing queries to extract meaningful insights from data.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- API Integration: Experience with Nexthink APIs to integrate with third-party tools and automate workflows.
- Scripting and Automation: Skills in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell to automate tasks and enhance Nexthink functionalities.
Manage the Nexthink platforms day-to-day operations, including Collector deployment, Engine configuration, and Portal maintenance.
Technical Skills: -
Customize the Nexthink platform, including dashboards, alerts, and remote actions, to meet specific organizational needs.
Deployment :
Deploy and manage Nexthink Collectors across enterprise devices while ensuring data privacy and security. Incident Detection and Resolution:
a. Use Nexthink to detect and diagnose IT issues
b. Work with IT teams to resolve incidents promptly
c. Proactive measures to prevent future incidents
Reporting:
a. Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
b. Generate regular reports for stakeholders to provide insights into the IT environment.
c. Customize reports to meet the needs of different departments and teams Good-to-Have User Training and Support:
a. Train IT support on how to use Nexthink effectively
b. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for platform users
c. Develop training materials and documentation Compliance and Security:
a. Ensure data collected and processed by Nexthink complies with relevant regulations and standards
b. Implement and maintain security measures to protect the platform and data
c. Conduct regular security audits and assessments
