Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and banking transactions via semi-voice process
Perform financial data verification and documentation
Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Deliver high-quality service within defined SLAs

Key Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of finance and banking fundamentals
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
Willingness to work in Australian shift timings
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Eligibility Criteria:

MBA or M. Com (Finance specialization preferred)
Only Freshers are welcome
