Job Description
1) Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and key financial
metrics2) Expertise in data reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization pl
atforms3) Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse au
diences4) Excellent verbal and written communication
skills5) Track training completion rates and provide feedback to individuals and teams on perf
ormance6) Conduct regular training sessions to reinforce key concepts and address any emerging data cha
llenges7) Deliver training sessions to employees at various levels of financial expertise, tailoring content to different roles and skill
levels8) Create engaging training materials including presentations, case studies, and hands-on exercises utilizing relevant financial dat
a tools9) Identify training needs within the finance department by collaborating with stakeholders to understand data usage and reporting requirements

Certification Required if any
1) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a r
elated field2) Several years of experience in financial analysis or data management role3) Proven experience in training delivery and curriculum development, ideally within a financial context.
