Mechanical BIM Modeler / BIM Engineer Mechanical (Executive Engg - Senior Engg)

To execute high-quality Revit modeling, detailing, and coordination for Mechanical services on international projects across multiple building sectors. The candidate should have hands-on experience in BIM workflows, tools, clash coordination, and collaborative platforms.

• Autodesk Revit MEP Advanced modeling, detailing, and annotation skills.
• Autodesk Navisworks Clash detection, coordination review, and report generation.
• Clash Coordination Platforms: Experience with one or more: BIM Track, Revizto
• Common Data Environment (CDE) Tools: Familiarity with collaborative platforms such as: BLUEBEAM, Autodesk Constructions Cloud, BIM 360

Modeling and Detailing

• Revit-based modeling of Mechanical Duct & Pipe services.
• Create Mechanical Revit Families
• Prepare RCP layouts, shaft coordination drawings, section details (Pump Room & Mechanical rooms).
• Produce Builder s Work Drawings (BW) including slab, core wall openings.

Project Coordination & Clash Management

• Participate in clash coordination for Architectural, Structural, and MEPF trades.
• Use Navisworks/BIM Track/Revizto/BIM 360 for clash resolution and tracking.
• Coordinate with other trades and disciplines for integrated design delivery.

Documentation & Deliverables

• Develop Mechanical drawings and documentation across project phases
• Prepare fabrication models, spool drawings, and shop drawings.
• Perform QA/QC checks for models, families, and drawings.
• Create and manage parametric Revit families.

Quantity Take-off & BOQ

• Perform BIM-based quantity take-offs for Mechanical items and services.
• Support in the preparation of BOQs and procurement documentation.

Support Modeling Tasks

• Model Mechanical equipment supports and hanger details.
• Ensure Revit interface best practices (views, browser setup, filters, schedules, etc.)
