Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical **MIS Executive** to work remotely. The candidate will be responsible for managing data, generating reports, and supporting decision-making processes by providing accurate and timely information to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, manage, and analyze data from different departments or sources.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.
* Automate reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
* Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in reporting.
* Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights.
* Support ad-hoc data requests from management or other teams.
* Identify process gaps and provide suggestions for improvement.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data updates or clarifications.
**Requirements**
* Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, IT, or Statistics).
* Proven experience in an MIS or data management role.
* Proficient in **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) and **Google Sheets**.
* Knowledge of reporting/BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Good communication skills and attention to detail.
