What You'll Drive:

As a Retail Associate at CARS24, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience. You will:

• Drive customer engagement: Help customers find the right car that suits their needs, budget, and preferences either online or in our retail hub.
• Drive operational excellence: Ensure smooth test drives, vehicle inspections, documentation, and inventory management.
• Drive trust and transparency: Educate customers about our offerings, finance options, warranty, insurance, and after-sales services.
• Drive results: Work with sales targets, performance metrics, and conversion goals in a fast-paced environment.
