Job Description

Responsible for delivering accurate and effective communication to existing and potential customers regarding products and their use in different stages of surgical procedures.

Accountable for building and maintaining long-term, positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in the Company as their preferred partner.

Responsible for gathering relevant field data as required.

Responsible for identifying customer needs, conducting successful sales calls, and achieving assigned territory targets.

Capable of driving market development initiatives under the supervision of the companys account manager.

Responsible for ensuring efficient distribution management.

Minimum Qualification: Graduation (B.Tech/B.E Any Specialization, B.Sc Any Specialization, B.Pharma Any Specialization) preferred.

23 years of post-graduation experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the healthcare or surgical industry.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Excellent communication skills

Strong core selling abilities

Effective customer relationship management skills

Basic internet proficiency

Willingness to work in an operating theatre environment

Exposure to the healthcare business

Eagerness to learn the clinical aspects of company products and their applications in various surgical procedures
