Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
The Project Lead will undertake a wide range of duties relating to the coordination of research and dialogue projects in the areas of public policy and public management.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
work collaboratively to help develop a communications strategy for assigned projects
Coordinate with facilitators, speakers, members of advisory groups, event participants, superiors, managers .
Prepare and/or manage the publication of summaries of discussions, outcomes reports, articles, presentations.
Supervise project logistics
Responsible for developing and implementing a timeline their team will use to reach its end goal
Assure that all team members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities
Apply project resources according to the approved project plan.
Assure timely adaptive action is taken.
