Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Executive
Department: Finance & Accounts
Shift Timing: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
About the Role:
Stellar is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting activities, ensure accuracy in financial records, and maintain compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and manage expenses paid via credit cards.
- Post journal and payment entries in accounting software.
- Handle PayU refund entries and perform refund reconciliations.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and manage statutory challans including TDS, GST, Professional Tax, PF, and ESIC.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of financial record keeping and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally ERP preferred).
- Sound knowledge of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and attention to detail.
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com with minimum 60% marks in Class X & XII.
