1.6. Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the job include thefollowing
(i) Strategic Networking & StakeholderEngagement Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, electionmanagement bodies, independent organizations, think tanks and others atnational and international level. Proactively identify and engage with newinstitutional partners aligned with IIIDEM s vision.
(ii) Collaborative Program Management Facilitate joint initiatives includingresearch, training, and outreach activities with partners. Coordinate withinternal and external stakeholders for co-hosted or co-branded academicprograms, including seminars, workshops, and conferences
(iii) MoU Development & InstitutionalLinkages Draft, negotiate, and finalize Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) withnational and international partners. Monitor progress and outcomes of MoU-basedcollaborations and ensure timely documentation and follow-up.
(iv) Event Coordination & Communication Organize knowledge-sharing events,capacity-building sessions, and networking forums in collaboration with partnerinstitutions. Ensure effective communication, reporting, and coordination withstakeholders and internal teams.
1.7. Skills and Competencies:
(i) Program management skills,
(ii) Strong interpersonal and relationship-buildingskills,
(iii) Understanding of academic and institutionalcollaboration models,
(iv) Communication and IT skills
(v) Ability to work with cross-cultural andmulti-disciplinary teams.
1.8. Desirable:
(i) Experience of working in the areas of collaborationand partnerships in Institutions such as academic, training, education, publicpolicy etc.,
(ii) Experience of working on joint or collaborativeprojects,
(iii) Experience in organizing national or internationalacademic events,
(iv) Knowledge of proposal development and projectlifecycle management.
