Job Role:
Stellar is looking for a Technical Writer to create and update user guides, online help, and knowledge base articles for our software products. The role involves working closely with the product delivery team to produce clear, user-friendly, and high-quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and maintain user manuals, online help, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
  
• Translate technical information into simple, easy-to-understand documents for non-technical users.
  
• Work with product and engineering teams to understand documentation needs.
  
• Design and develop PDF-based documents and online help materials.
  

Experience & Skills:

• 0- 1 year of experience in technical writing (preferably software sector).
  
• IT/Software academic background or related experience.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
• Basic knowledge of DITA XML, HTML, CSS, CMS, Snagit, Arbortext, or Adobe FrameMaker is a plus.
