Key Result Areas:

Data Entry and Asset Tracking, Inventory Management

Job Description:

Accurately recording details of new hardware assets into the asset management system, including serial numbers, model numbers, purchase dates, warranties, and assigned users Maintaining accurate asset inventory records by updating status changes like transfers, repairs, disposals, and decommissioning.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION

Essential:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry

Preferred:

Basic understanding of IT hardware components and terminology

REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential:

Coordinating with departments to collect and update asset information Managing stock levels of spare parts and consumables related to hardware

Preferred:

Coordinating with vendors regarding hardware repairs, maintenance contracts, and warranty claims.

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Essential:

Proficiency in using asset management software

Preferred:

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
