Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Architect who can understand enterprise data from the ground up and translate it into scalable, reliable, and dynamic designs. The ideal candidate will not only build robust data foundations but also leverage Generative AI (GenAI) and advanced data insights frameworks to unlock predictive, actionable intelligence for the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand enterprise-wide data sources, including structured and unstructured datasets.
- Design and implement data models and architectures to support dynamic reporting, advanced analytics, and predictive capabilities.
- Architect scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and lakehouse solutions with high performance and reliability.
- Integrate GenAI solutions to generate insights, automate documentation, and enhance data accessibility across the organization.
- Define and enforce data standards, governance, security, and compliance practices enterprise-wide.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, AI/ML teams, and analysts to ensure alignment of solutions with business outcomes.
- Create systems to deliver real-time and batch insights, enabling dynamic dashboards, AI-driven recommendations, and predictive reporting.
- Drive data democratization by making insights consumable for both technical and non-technical teams.
- Lead data modernization efforts, including migration from legacy to modern cloud-native platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship on data, AI adoption, and architecture best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong foundation in RDBMS design, data modeling, and schema optimization.
- Advanced skills in SQL (performance tuning, complex queries, analytics functions).
- Proven experience in data warehouse, data lake, or lakehouse architectures.
- Proficiency in ETL/ELT frameworks and data integration tools (Informatica, Talend, dbt, Glue).
- Expertise in cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, GCP BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Understanding of GenAI frameworks (OpenAI, Vertex AI, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI) for data generation, automation, and summarization.
- Knowledge of data governance, metadata, lineage, and enterprise data quality practices.
- Experience with real-time streaming (Kafka, Kinesis, Flink) and big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark).
- Familiarity with data science, AI/ML model pipelines, and insight delivery systems.
- Strong communication skills to present data insights and AI-driven recommendations clearly to executives and business leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in data architecture, enterprise data strategy, or data modernization programs.
- Hands-on with AI-driven analytics and GenAI adoption in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, DAMA-DMBOK).
- Prior experience in enterprise applications design with any vertical like financial, healthcare or etc.
