Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Architect to lead the development of a cutting-edge data product application. This role involves end-to-end ownership"from defining the product roadmap to overseeing development, managing integrations, and mentoring a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and Python, along with strong experience in relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. A solid background in both analytics and web development is essential. Roles & Responsibilities:

Define and manage the technical roadmap for the data product application.

Align development goals with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Design scalable and maintainable full-stack architecture.

Lead front-end development using ReactJS and back-end services using NodeJS and Python.

Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of the application.

Architect and manage relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Optimize queries and ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance.

Plan and execute integrations with internal and external systems.

Mentor and guide a team of 10 developers and testers.

Conduct code reviews, provide technical direction, and ensure task clarity and execution efficiency.

Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.

Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Professional & Technical Skills:

Proven experience as a Full-Stack Architect or Senior Developer.

Expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and Python.

Strong experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.

Solid understanding of data product development, including analytics and visualization.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.

Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in React.js.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
