ROLE DESCRIPTION: -

This is a full-time remote (Work from home) role for a Bengali & English Language Interpreter. The Language Interpreter will be responsible for providing accurate interpretation in both Bengali and English during telephone and video conversations between individuals of different languages and backgrounds. The Bengali Language Interpreter will also be required to listen carefully to speakers' statements to interpret them correctly, ask questions when necessary, and remain neutral and impartial.

QUALIFICATIONS:-

- Fluency in Bengali and English is essential

- Excellent interpreting and cultural mediation skills

- Experience in interpretation, translation, or other language-related fields

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

- Flexibility to work in various shifts

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and other related software

- Bachelor's degree or higher secondary.
