Job Description
Role Overview :
***Looking who has Team Lead /Manager Experience***
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for production systems and applications.
- Investigate and resolve issues reported by users or monitoring tools using PL/SQL and application logs.
- Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and recommend solutions or workarounds.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and QA to implement enhancements and bug fixes.
- Develop or modify PL/SQL scripts, procedures, triggers, and packages as part of ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
- Ensure solutions adhere to internal development and security standards.
- Participate in deployment activities including code migration and data patching.
- Document support issues, resolutions, enhancement requirements, and technical designs.
- Monitor system performance and contribute to performance tuning initiatives.
- Assist in continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
***Total 7-10years of Experience is required***
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in PL/SQL development and application support.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle databases, PL/SQL coding, query optimization, and debugging.
- Experience with support ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Ability to read and understand legacy code and complex stored procedures.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
