We are hiring candidates for
Job Title: O2C Associate / Sr Associate Order to Cash
Note :- This opportunity is only for those candidates who are staying within Mumbai not for them who are staying out of Mumbai.
Location: Permanent WFH (System will be provided)
Experience: 0 to 3 Years
Salary- 18k in hand
Additional -upto 2750/- Incentives
Join our dynamic Finance & Accounting team and play a key role in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, driving accurate billing, collections, and cash applications to support global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, invoices, and payments in ERP systems
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections
- Perform cash application and resolve billing discrepancies
- Support credit control and customer account reconciliation
- Collaborate with Sales, Billing & Collections teams
- Ensure compliance with SOX and audit standards
What We're Looking For
- Graduates with 0-3 years of experience
- Strong numerical, analytical & communication skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting and MS Excel
- Willing to work in shifts
Good to Have
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, HPSM
- Understanding of O2C sub-processes
- Problem-solving and customer service mindset

Job Criteria:
1) Immediate joiners required Should be available to join us in the month of Nov Second week
2) Excellent verbal & written English communication skills are must.
3) Freshers and tenured can apply
Shift Timings & Off:
5-days work week with Sat/Sun Fixed off
Shifts - 5:30pm - 2:30am
Compensation: CTC: 2.7 LPA to 3.0 LPA (varies based on candidate experience)
