Job Description

3 to 5 years of experience in Pre -payroll and good understanding of Payroll Processing Methodology (Experience in US or UK or Ireland or South Africa or Singapore or India payroll) Manage clients payroll, end to end from input to month end reporting. Meet all pre-defined SLAs. Coordinate with the client on a daily/periodic basis Resolve issues pertaining to the payroll and provide absolute solutions for various queries posed by the client Assist Implementation team in testing UAT scripts in pre live stage as applicable Coordinate with other teams and work towards smooth functioning of the payroll Escalations to immediate supervisor at appropriate times and keep them updated on operational aspects Share best practices among the team

Comprehensive knowledge on the legislation Strong analytical and logical thinking ability. Good at number crunching Client focus and Good Team player Excellent verbal/written communication skills required Good analytical decision-making skills Excellent organizational skills Willingness to work on different time zones
