Role - Delivery Specialist

Proficiency in SOPs, checklists, FAQs, and maintaining accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Technical Proficiency
Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with learning platforms like NextGen and SABA.
