Full Stack Developer (Java, React) @ Synechron

Job Description

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions, stream processing)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js
• Build and maintain real-time data streaming solutions using Apache Kafka
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and UX
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices
• Ensure high code quality through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
