ICERTIS Solutions is looking for Senior Functional Consultant, Customer Support (Func) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Understand and analyze the business processes and requirements
• Provide recommendations on the software solution that best fits the organization's needs
• Configure, customize, and test the software system to meet the organization's requirementsProvide training and support to end-users on the software systemIdentify and resolve issues and defects in the software system
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure that the software system is implemented correctly and efficiently
• Develop documentation and user manuals for the software systemAssist in the sales process by providing demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
• Manage and lead projects related to the implementation of the software system
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
