Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled AWS DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Python, Terraform, AWS EKS, and Lambda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines in AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Build and maintain containerized applications using AWS EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service).
• Develop automation scripts and serverless solutions using Python and AWS Lambda.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud environments.
• Work closely with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and cost.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and implement best practices for cloud governance.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for IaC.
• Solid understanding of AWS servicesparticularly EKS, Lambda, EC2, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Experience in container orchestration, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CodePipeline, etc.).
• Good understanding of networking, security, and monitoring in AWS.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of AWS CloudFormation, Helm, or Ansible.
• Experience with microservices and API integration.
• Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
